Worldwide performing arts group sensation Lightwire Theater has performed eight-straight years of sell-out performances on the mainland of China, pre-pandemic, with shows that included The Ugly Duckling, Moon Mouse, Dino Light, The Tortoise and Hare: The Next Gen, and A Very Electric Christmas. Lightwire has performed in over 31 cities on the China mainland over the last 7 years, and they have become "rock stars" there as they combined their creative electroluminescence use of puppets with their unique flair for storytelling. Each time they travel internationally to perform, it is usually for 3 months. They’ve performed in China, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi.
